2. My original version of the painting was actually pretty similar to what came out. I ended up doing different decorative designs than I had drawn. I kind of just let it flow while I was painting. My original version was pretty much the same though.

3. My project differed from the original idea because I was going to do more gray tones on the elephant but once I did the background I thought it would be better to have more of a contrast and would balance it out. So I ended up having more orange tones. I also added the light cause I think it made it pop really well.

4. I do think my project was success. It was pretty close to what I sketched and I feel like it came together really well at the end. I am really proud of it. I think the way it came out in the end was really complete.

5. I think my project got stronger as I went on because if something wasn’t working than I would just go with it and when I started to do the designs on the elephant it was actually really relaxing and I did whatever came to mind. I really liked adding the fuzzy string around the elephant and the lights. It just made it feel like it was all coming together.

6. I was trying to convey a calm and relaxing painting and I feel like that was accomplished. I feel like I did communicate what I wanted. I also feel like I didn’t really have a strong message attached to it but I do like how it turned out.

7. If I did this project again I would probably try to branch out of my comfort zone some more and try sculpting or something like that. I usually paint because that is what I am comfortable with and decent at but I do want to start trying other mediums more often.
